Texas DPS is NOT currently supplying applications to instructors. We highly encourage you to submit your Texas CHL application online.  We do have a limited number of Texas CHL application packages available at the class for those who want to submit a paper application.

You are NOT required to schedule an appointment with FAST for fingerprints.  We will take your fingerprints and photos during the class.

We will have Utah CFP applications available at each class. However, if you wish to download and print one before class, click HERE: 

Utah does not have an online application process.  You are only downloading the paper application.
